The trademarks, service marks, logos and other marks used on this Site by Lexus and BUMC "Trademarks") are either owned or controlled by Lexus or BUMC. The Trademarks may not be used without the prior written permission of Lexus or BUMC and may not be used in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Lexus or BUMC applicable Affiliate. All other trademarks, service marks, logos and other marks, which appear on this Site, are the property of their respective owners.
The Lexus products and services described on the Sites contain uniquely specifications and equipment are especially offered and manufactured only in Lebanon. The promotional programs offered on the Sites are only available in the Lebanon. 
You agree to comply with any requisite additional copyright notices, or restrictions contained in any of the Content.

You may download and use a reasonable number of copies of the Content on any single computer for your own personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you: (a) keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact, (b) do not modify the Content, and (c) do not use the Content to suggest an association with Lexus or BUMC or any of their respective products, services or brands. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except as Lexus or BUMC expressly permit in these Legal Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Content for any purpose other than the one expressly permitted in these Legal Terms and Conditions (including your use of any of the Content on any other website or networked computer environment) is a violation of the intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights of or BUMC and may subject you to civil liability or criminal prosecution under applicable laws.
Furthermore, as a condition to accessing and using the Sites in accordance with the license granted to you under these Terms, you agree to comply with the following rules:
1. You may not copy, download, distribute (including without limitation, forwarding to others), modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, use, reuse or create derivative works of any of the Content or other material displayed on the Sites, including without limitation, any trademark of Lexus or its affiliated companies, for any purpose whatsoever without our written consent and/or the consent of any third party we deem necessary;
2. You may not access or use any of the Sites in any way that could or is intended to damage or impair the operation of the Sites, or any Content of or material displayed on any of the Sites, or any server or network underlying the Sites, or in any way that interferes with anyone else's use and enjoyment of any of the Sites;
3. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any part of the Sites without Lexus's prior written consent;
4. You may not access or use any of the Sites in any way that could or is intended to threaten, defame, abuse, assault, stalk, harass or otherwise violate the rights of any other person or entity, including without limitation, their rights of privacy or publicity;
5. You may not "spam" others or "phish" for, collect or store personal information about others;
6. You may not access or attempt to access any data, information, system or servers on which the Sites are hosted or modify or alter the Sites in any way;
7. You may not transmit or broadcast any commercial messages, text, photographs, video or audio content to or through any of the Sites; and/or
8. You may not link or "deeplink" to, frame, or otherwise, reproduce any of the Sites without our prior consent, except that you may identify Lexus products by name or link to the Sites if you comply with the Guidelines for External Sites set forth below.
In addition, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and other legal requirements relating to your access to and use of the Sites.

When you download any Content from any of the Sites (a "Download"), you understand that it is owned by Lexus, its affiliates and/or licensors, as applicable, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Lexus hereby grants, and you hereby accept, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right and license to download and use the object code version of the Download(s) on your own computer and/or mobile device that is compatible solely for your own personal non-commercial use. You acknowledge and agree that you may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, perform, transfer, post, distribute, sell, create derivative works of or otherwise use or make available the Download(s). No license is granted to you in the human readable code, known as the source code, of the content downloaded, and no rights are granted to you in any patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or any other rights in respect of the content of any Download(s). You may not depict any Downloads on any merchandise or products of any kind or otherwise use any Downloads for commercial purposes. You must provide all equipment and software necessary to connect to the Sites, including, but not limited to, a computer (with internet access) that is in working order and suitable for use in connection with the Sites. You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment and/or software does not disturb or interfere with Lexus's operations or the Sites. 

The vehicles, products and services described on this Site contain uniquely Lebanese specifications and equipment and are available only to Lebanese residents in Lebanon and only where permitted by law. The pricing and other financial information on this Site is in American dollars or Lebanese pounds, unless Lexus or BUMC state otherwise, and Lexus or BUMC are permitted to change the pricing and other financial information at any time without notice to you. The promotional sales programs, employment opportunities and services described on this Site are only available in the territories of Lebanon that are specifically identified in the description of the promotional sales programs, employment opportunities and services.

The sale of any Lexus vehicle, product or service is effected through the exclusive distributor of Lexus and Lexus in Lebanon, BUMC s.a.l. and is subject to, and governed exclusively by, the Legal Terms and Conditions of the applicable sale, lease or retail installment contract entered into between you and the Dealer. 

Lexus or BUMC is permitted to change any vehicle specifications, promotional sales programs, employment opportunities, and other information available on this Site at any time without notice to you.

1) No Reliance – All of the information contained on this Site is provided to you for information purposes only and does not in any way constitute advice or an offer to buy or sell any vehicle by Lexus or BUMC. You should not use or rely on any of the information on this Site, including without limitation any calculations of prices, taxes, finance rates and valuations, as a substitute for the information that is available to you from visiting a showroom, service center, body shop or spare parts counter. In the event that any information on this Site is inconsistent with, or conflicts with, information supplied to you by a showroom, service center, body shop or spare parts counter, the Dealer's information takes precedence and supercedes the information on this Site. All of the non-Lexus new vehicle and all used vehicle valuation, specifications, prices and data on this Site are obtained from a third party. You should not rely on those valuations, specifications, prices or data in any way. This Site, Lexus, BUMC, and the Dealers are not responsible for any detrimental reliance you may place on this Site. In addition, Lexus and BUMC is neither responsible nor affiliated to any information supplied by a third-party site.

2) No Legal Relationship – Your use of this Site is not intended and shall not be deemed to create any legal relationship of any kind between you and Lexus or BUMC or amend or vary any existing legal relationship.

3) Future Products and Services – From time to time Lexus or BUMC may identify proposed future products or services on this Site that are not currently available through a Dealer. This information is provided for informational purposes only and Lexus, BUMC and the Dealers are under no obligation to provide or otherwise deliver these products or services to you.

4) No Site Warranties – This Site, any hyper-linked website and the Content and any functionality contained on this Site are provided on an "as is, as available" basis and without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied by Lexus or BUMC. Lexus and BUMC do not warrant that the functionality on this Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects on this Site will be corrected, or that this Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Lexus and BUMC are not liable to you for damage to your computer or computer system, which results from your accessing, browsing or using this Site. Lexus and BUMC do not represent or warrant that the information on this Site is accurate, complete or current. All of the risk associated with your use of this Site, including but not limited to, the risks associated with the quality and performance of this Site and with the accuracy, comprehensiveness and timeliness of the Content is assumed solely by you.

5) No Product Warranties – Lexus and BUMC do not make any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, as to any vehicle, product or service, including but not limited to, the merchantability, merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose of any vehicle, product or service. Lexus and BUMC expressly disclaim any other implied warranties imposed by law. 

6) Security – This Site is secured using Entrust SSL certificates, which applies security sockets layer software encryption technology to all information that you submit to us through this Site. Except as required for compliance with the Entrust Certificate Management Service, we do not make any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, as to the security of any information (including, without limitation, credit card and other personally identifiable information) you may provide to us in the course of using this Site. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password(s).

7) General – To the maximum extent permissible by law, Lexus and BUMC disclaim all representations, warranties and conditions express or implied, including but not limited to, representations, warranties and conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement of proprietary rights and those arising from a course of dealing, trade or performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Lexus or BUMC and each of their respective directors, officers, agents, employees, representatives, licensors and those for whom Lexus and BUMC are in law responsible (collectively, the "Lexus Parties") be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of revenue, loss of profits, failure to realize expected savings, interruption of activities, or any other pecuniary or economic loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Site or any product or service described or provided on this Site, even if any of the Lexus Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages or could reasonably foresee such damages occurring.

In any event, the Lexus Parties' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, shall be limited to one hundred dollars ($100). In no event shall any Lexus Party be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any hyper-linked site. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Lexus Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) in connection with: (i) any use or alleged use of this Site under your password by any other person, whether or not authorized by you, (ii) your breach of these Legal Terms and Conditions; and (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party arising out of your use of this Site. The Lexus Parties reserve the right to assume, at their own expense, the exclusive control and defense of any claims, demands and actions arising in connection with this indemnity and you agree to cooperate with the Lexus Parties' defense of these claims, demands and actions.

Lexus and BUMC reserve the right, in their sole respective discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of this Site at any time, for any reason and without prior notice to you and without any liability to you for doing so. Lexus and BUMC may change, modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of this Site at any time without prior notice to you and without liability to you for doing so.

This Site contains hyper-links to third party websites. Your use of any website linked to this Site is at your own risk and Lexus and BUMC are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or reliability of the contents of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. Lexus and BUMC provide these links to you for your convenience only, and the availability of any link does not imply or constitute Lexus or BUMC endorsement of the linked website or its contents.

During your use of this Site, you may voluntarily submit personal information to Lexus or BUMC. Lexus and BUMC encourage you to take the time to read the Lexus.ca privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") before using this Site. By using this Site, you accept the Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information collected through this Site is handled by Lexus and BUMC. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please do not provide us with any personal information.

Lexus and BUMC reserve the right to, at any time, modify these Legal Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by any such modifications. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon Lexus or BUMC giving notice thereof, which may be given by any means, including, but not limited to, posting on this Site. You agree to regularly review these Legal Terms and Conditions posted at this Site and to be aware of such modifications. Your use of this Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the modified Legal Terms and Conditions. If at any time, these Legal Terms and Conditions are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of this Site.

Lexus and BUMC make no representation that the Content on this Site is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. You are responsible for compliance with the local laws of your location, if and to the extent such local laws are applicable. These Legal Terms and Conditions and your use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Lebanon and the laws of Lebanon, without reference to any choice of law or conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Legal Terms and Conditions or any communication with or transaction through this Site. 

If any provision of these Legal Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed severable from these Legal Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 shall survive any termination of this Agreement as well as any other provisions, which by their terms or nature are intended to survive. These Legal Terms and Conditions comprise the entire agreement between you and Lexus and/or BUMC and supersede all prior agreements between you and Lexus and/or BUMC with respect to your use of this Site.

The Parties to this Agreement declare that they have requested that this Agreement and all ancillary documents be prepared in the English language.

• CHILDREN. Lexus does not seek information from children under the age of 18.
• PHISHING SCAMS. Toyota will never ask you to update your personal information through email.
• ACCEPTANCE. By using the Platforms, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Statement.
• 3RD PARTY SITES. BUMC and Lexus are not affiliated to 3rd party sites that convey automotive information, Including model specification or pricing.
